A nice little realization

I'm sorry I've been so scarce this week.
Usually in the Summer I post...very irregularly...
But I wanted to post a few pics from National Convention and a realization
I've had this week:

No one belongs to anyone.
Once you're married, your spouse still isn't yours.
When you're a parent, your child isn't yours.
Everyone belongs solely to God.
I almost see spouses as guardians of the other, help keep their path clean,
to help encourage them to seek their creator.
I don't know if that makes any sense...but I was reading 'Passion & Purity' by Elisabeth Elliot and she said something to that extent.
Now it's really neat to look at my friends, not as my friends, but as the property of Jesus Christ.
Paid for and redeemed.
Isn't that a powerful thought?

Happy Friday, y'all!
