It seems like every time I begin to catch a bit of the stress bug, I remind myself to look at the small things.
Small lovelies like the packaging of gum, the glow of a fire, or the mix of colors/patterns I see will lend me a bit of ease.
Of course, new magazines like 'Vogue' or 'Taste of the South' help too...along with therapeutic trips to Whole Foods and Anthropoligie...
I get overwhelmed so very easily, but since I am my mother's daughter all I have to do is write it down.
Write everything down.
