Our country may seem messed up at times, our economy may not be in the best shape.
The people of this country may not even agree on politics or religion.
But we all know, that every American loves the United States of America.
September 11, 2001 is etched into everyone's hearts and memories, as the day the we were hurt and scarred, but also a day that everyone came together in love.
And still every year on that day the people in this country remember all the lives that were lost on the day that was filled of smoke and rubble. On 9/11 let's put our trouble and our politics aside, and reflect on what a beautiful country we live in.

"O beautiful for spacious skies,
For amber waves of grain,
For purple mountain majesties
Above the fruited plain!

America! America!
God shed His grace on thee,
And crown thy good with brotherhood,
From sea to shining sea!"
-
"My country 'tis of thee,
Sweet land of liberty, of thee I sing;
Land where my fathers died,
Land of the pilgrims' pride,
From ev'ry mountain side,
Let freedom ring."
-
"Oh, say, can you see, by the dawn's early light,
What so proudly we hailed at the twilight's last gleaming?
Whose broad stripes and brights stars,
thru the perilous fight,
O'er the ramparts we watched,
were so gallantly streaming?
And the rocket's red glare,
the bombs bursting in air,
Gave proof thru the night that our flag was still there.
Oh Say, does the Star Spangled Banner yet wave
O'er the land of the free,
and the home of the brave!"
